          8) Will I Need A Lift Gate Delivery Service?

          Liftgate delivery is the way your order is removed from the back of the delivery truck and placed on the ground. This method is used for very heavy items. You must select a liftgate before delivery if your delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift available. Not doing so will result in your shipment being returned to your local terminal. You will then have to re-schedule another delivery date.

          All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
