What Happens After I Order?

First of all, thank you for placing your trust in our store. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction. Providing top-notch customer care and service is of utmost importance to team Torque Toolboxes. Anyone can sell you a toolbox, it's what happens next that matters. 

Order Confirmation 

Soon as you place your order you'll receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We strongly recommend that you write down your confirmation number in case your email fails to arrive. If you can't find the confirmation email please look through your junk mail. If you can't find the email at all please contact us at 1-(833)-TTBOXES.

 


Availability/Backorder

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 


Shipment Tracking

If your order is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card and it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. You will know exactly where your product is at all times. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@torquetoolboxes.com.

 


Freight Shipping

If you order a large product that requires a freight carrier (not UPS, FedEx) one of our team members will contact you. They will explain to you all you need to know about your shipment and answer any questions you might have. 

 


Inspect for Damages Upon Arrival

This is very important! You will have to inspect the package for any damage when it arrives. If the carton is crushed don't sign the delivery slip! The delivery slip is a legal document, and when you sign it you are stating that the product was delivered in mint condition. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@torquetoolboxes.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Please Submit a Review 

We appreciate how much trust you put in our store when you placed your order.
